Parkdale Community Health Centre

Parkdale Community Health Centre's Harm Reduction Program, one of the first of its kind in Toronto, has been serving out community for over 25 years. The program includes a drop-in needle exchange staffed by harm reduction peer workers, community and street outreach, secondary supply distribution to neighbourhood agencies, and creating and facilitating workshops for community members, agencies, and organizations. Our program's peer workers have lived experience and expertise with substance use, sex work, street involvement, and homelessness, and understand the Parkdale community and the people who access our services.
